1. About us

Gscore LLP operates BestDSC.com and is registered in Chennai, India. We are an authorised Registration Authority partner of CCA-licensed Certifying Authorities, including eMudhra, PantaSign and Capricorn.

2. Services we provide

  • Sale of Class 3 Digital Signature Certificates (Sign, Combo, DGFT, Tender and Foreign variants).
  • Supply of a High Trust Token (a FIPS-140 compliant USB cryptographic token).
  • Application processing, coordination of video verification, and courier delivery.
  • Related CA and compliance services, where separately quoted.

3. Eligibility

  • Individual customers must be 18 or older and hold a valid PAN and Aadhaar (or a passport, for foreign nationals).
  • Companies, LLPs and other entities must submit KYC of the authorised signatory.

4. Application process

You submit your application on our platform, pay online, and provide KYC documents via WhatsApp or email as instructed. You then complete video verification with the Certifying Authority.

The certificate is issued by the vendor Certifying Authority, not by us. We ship the High Trust Token — with the certificate loaded — by courier to the address you provide.

5. Pricing and payment

  • Prices displayed on the platform include all applicable taxes (GST).
  • Payments are processed via Razorpay (cards, UPI, netbanking).
  • The tax invoice is issued in the name of Gscore LLP.

6. Delivery

  • Typical delivery is 1–3 business days for metros and 2–4 business days for smaller cities.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
  • You must accept the parcel and safely store the physical token.

7. Certificate ownership and use

  • Certificates are issued by the vendor Certifying Authority to the individual or entity named in the application. That party owns the certificate.
  • You are solely responsible for safeguarding the token and its PIN.
  • Any loss, theft, or PIN compromise must be reported to the vendor Certifying Authority immediately for revocation.

8. Support model

  • Certificate and token technical issues (invalid signature, drivers, PIN, download failures) are resolved by the vendor CA's technical team. We coordinate with the vendor on your behalf.
  • Application status, delivery and general queries are supported by us directly.
  • Actual filing help (GST, MCA, ITR portal usage) is a separate professional CA service, quoted separately if needed.

9. Limitations of liability

  • We are not liable for downtime of vendor CA portals, government portals, or third-party services.
  • We are not liable for consequential losses arising from certificate misuse, delayed filings, or portal issues outside our control.
  • Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service.

10. Intellectual property

The BestDSC.com platform, its content, branding and code are owned by Gscore LLP and may not be reproduced without permission.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

  • These terms are governed by Indian law.
  • Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. The last updated date is shown at the top of this page.
